Choosing the Right Carpet Fiber
The fiber makes a big difference in how a carpet feels and how long it lasts. Here's the short version of what we tell customers in the showroom:
Nylon: very durable and a great pick for stairs, hallways and other high-traffic areas.
Wool: the "Cadillac" of carpet fibers, natural, soft and luxurious.
Seagrass: a natural fiber that resists stains.
Sisal: durable and good-looking, but slippery, so we don't recommend it on stairs.
Polyester: a luxurious feel and easy to clean, though it can fade in bright sunlight and doesn't hold its height under traffic as well.

A lot of what we sell is stocked in California, so many carpets arrive quickly. Some styles take about 7 to 10 days in transit. We'll give you a realistic timeline when you order.

We supply and install the carpet we sell, and our own installers take care of the details:
Removal of old, worn-out or dusty carpet and other existing flooring.
Floor prep, including leveling and repairing the subfloor where needed.
Clean, careful installation on floors and stairs, done on time and on budget and backed by our lifetime workmanship guarantee.
